Matrix Coronavirus Update 2

Matrix Applications has been monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and has taken the appropriate steps — consistent with CDC, WHO and New York State & city recommendations — to help support the ongoing health and safety of our employees and customers.

We have invoked our Pandemic Response Plan. A majority of the Matrix team will be working remotely, effective immediately (16MAR2020); however, a core team will remain at our headquarters in Manhattan until circumstances dictate otherwise.

We had already undertaken a number of protocols to minimize potential exposure to the coronavirus and to reduce the risk of workplace-related transmission, including the suspension of business travel, adding hygienic services, eliminating in-person meetings and implementing social distancing techniques.

To date, all systems and services are operating normally. If you are experiencing any issues, please let us know immediately.

We have engaged with our critical third-party vendors to confirm they have pandemic plans to meet their obligations. The latest updates are available from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and New York's Department of Financial Services Guidance.
