Sarah is a current junior majoring in Finance and minoring in Entrepreneurship at Elon University. She joined the team as a Marketing and Business Development Intern in September 2025, focusing on marketing campaigns, industry research, team collaboration, and more. Sarah joined us as part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing young talent and providing valuable opportunities for professional growth.
Originally from the quiet beach town in the Jersey Shore, Sarah has always felt a call to the hustle and busy lifestyle New York City had to offer. When her college advertised a program to be in New York City for a semester to take classes and intern, she knew this opportunity was just right for her. Now, Sarah is spending September through December studying as a full-time student at Marymount Manhattan College while also interning with Matrix Applications.
Sarah’s dedication to learning and growing in a professional setting is evident, as she continuously seeks to enhance both her hard and soft skills in the field of marketing, finance and professional environment in general.
As a Finance major with a deep interest in entrepreneurship, I am genuinely excited to be interning at a company that empowers me to explore a wide range of business functions. This experience is already pushing me far beyond the boundaries of classroom learning, offering hands-on exposure to the strategies behind business development, marketing, sales and operational execution. Being able to contribute to real projects while learning from seasoned professionals is an invaluable opportunity. These insights are not only shaping my understanding of the business world but also fueling my passion for building and growing ventures. I look forward to the journey ahead over the next three months and all that it will inspire in my future career.
