Matrix Applications is excited to welcome our 2024 Marketing Intern, Avon Yan, partnership with The City University of New York’s (CUNY) Spring Forward Internship Program. The 2024 CUNY Spring Forward Program pairs over 200 CUNY students with various New York City employers. It offers a comprehensive and well-rounded professional experience for students, allowing them to take on responsibilities similar to those of a full-time employee. This hands-on internship helps to build students' skills and confidence, preparing them for their future careers. Avon is a current freshman majoring in Marketing Management at CUNY Baruch College. She joined the team as a Marketing intern in March 2024, focusing on marketing campaigns, team engagement, campaign design, and more. Avon joined us as part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing young talent and providing valuable opportunities for professional growth.

Moving to New York at a young age, she embraced the challenges of a new culture and language with an open heart and a willingness to explore.
