As Compliance Officer, Mr. Kulkarni is responsible for ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies. He is an expert in policy creation, developing process frameworks, evaluating, implementing, and maintaining systems to guarantee technology compliance, mitigating risks, and ensuring organizational security.

Prior to joining the team at Matrix Applications, Mr. Kulkarni worked at various investment banks in roles involving Delivery Management, Development, TechRisk, Third Party Risk Management, and Compliance.
