Matrix Applications is a proud supporter of The Lucille & Jay Chazanoff Sunrise Day Camp Staten Island and recently hosted an office toy drive in collaboration with affiliates, South Street Securities and AmeriVet Securities. Together, we collected over 90 toys for the campers at Sunrise Day Camp Staten Island, bringing smiles to children with cancer and their siblings this holiday season. Thank you to our employees and partners for the overwhelming contribution!

On November 30th, 2023, we celebrated Sunrise Day Camp’s successful toy drive with 100+ attendees at Le District in New York City. David Gutman, Partnership Ambassador for Sunrise Day Camp Staten Island, commented on this milestone:

“This year’s holiday toy drive for Sunrise Day Camp Staten Island was our biggest success to date! In addition to hundreds of toys gathered for the campers, our collective efforts were able to raise additional donations covering the cost for one camper to attend summer camp for free! About Sunrise Day Camp

The Joan & Alan Bernikow JCC operates Sunrise Day Camp Staten Island on the grounds of Staten Island Academy. With its 12-acre campus, there is ample space for campers to take part in a range of activities, both indoors and outdoors. This year, campers will also have access to two swimming pools and larger field space.
